Using my voice has been a key part to my healing journey. In college I participated in Live 2 Free where we went to colleges and high schools to give demonstrations raising awareness and prevention education about human trafficking. There is a desire in me to share my story and tools with others so that they can find within themselves their own voice and way. We are not alone in the world. I am eager to share compassion and knowledge with survivors of incest, sexual violence and anyone looking for self care and community care.
I have been through the Speakers Bureau training at my local rape crisis center and was invited to be their key note speaker for an event in December of 2019. I do poetry readings and poetry slams as well. I am available for local or online events for organizations, non-profits, and schools at this time. For inquires please email
Rays in our Robes is my new youtube channel! I love talking and building community so I wanted to make videos available but also get to hang out in my jammies and fleece robe! I think it is important to bring light and humor into our lives as well as honor the raw mess, trauma, and hardships we endure. Rays in our Robes will cover many topics, share somatic and yoga videos, and invite guests to join. If you have ideas for topics or want to be a guest via video send an email to subject "Rays in our Robes."

This February I was a podcast guest for Tail of the Bell by Nancy Allen for incest survivors. You can listen to the episode by clicking here or just about anywhere else you listen to your podcasts.
